2  unknown  racks of ribs  
2  tablespoon  cumin  
2  tablespoon  coriander  
2  tablespoon  Garlic powder   
2  tablespoon  onion powder  
2  tablespoon  Paprika  
1  tablespoon  Sea Salt   
1  tablespoon  black pepper  
2  cup  ketchup  
1  can  cola  
0.25  cup  molasses  

1. Preheat the oven to 300° F. 2. Combine spices in a bowl. Rub onto ribs. 3. Place ribs on the Grill. Cook in the oven for 2 hours. 4. Make BBQ sauce: mix ketchup, cola, and molasses in a saucepan on medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. 5. Remove ribs from the oven & baste with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes. 6. Baste ribs with BBQ sauce one last time before serving.
